Each wedding we take on is unique to the couple and the season, a true collaboration.
We request that each couple provide a few inspiration images or general direction along with a general color palette. You are welcome to include a pinterest link in your inquiry form or include a few images in an email prior to our first consultation. These are purely for inspiration, we never copy other peoples work.
After filling out the inquiry form, you will get the guide & menu to browse and we will schedule a call.
In our initial consultation we will make suggestions as to what service is best for you and what designs make the most sense based on your overall vision and goals.

Before booking, we ask that you have at least one able bodied person and access to a Large SUV/Mini Van for your floral transportation needs. The bed of a truck does not work. Flowers need to always be in AC when transported.
We offer easy pickup & return
We have reserved parking in the back of our studio, and will help load your carefully packaged and labeled florals into the car for easy transportation. The vases can be returned the following day to our vase locker at our studio. They must be returned by the following Tuesday.
Who should help pickup & set up your flowers on the day of your wedding?
Moving flowers requires bending, lifting, sometimes on a warm day. Set up happens generally between 12 -2pm on a wedding day, so be mindful about who you ask to help out. We think this is a great job for extended family and friends, not wedding party or immediate family.
How much space do you need in a vehicle?
Generally, the number of Core Floral Collection units you are ordering, is the number of square feet you need available.
For example, 15 Centerpieces for reception tables, 4 Bridesmaids and 1 Bridal all take up about a square foot of space, so 20 square feet of space is needed in a vehicle to transport them.
Tip: While each vehicle is different, the popular Toyota Sienna Van, with all seats removed, has capacity to hold 32sq ft of cargo.

We will have vases available for rent and purchase through us. Vases will need to be returned to the studio by Tuesday of the following week.

To retain your date and our services we require:
For $3,000+ orders:
30% Due at booking, 30% Due Feb 1st, remaining balance 60 days prior to your wedding date.
For orders under $3,000
50% is due at booking, remaining balance 60 days prior to your wedding date.
All payments are non-refundable.
All Colors/Mood Boards and General Items on the invoice need to be agreed and approved by both parties March 1st.
We request these dates to ensure our team, and the farmers we work with know what is on the schedule well in advance.

Keep in mind all orders are custom to your colors, goals and style, which is why a range is outlined for some categories.
