Our Core Floral Collection is ideal for couples who appreciate unique, local and premium flowers, want a streamlined planning process and custom floral designs crafted by our team. This collection is customized to each couples vision, colors and reflects the season they are getting married in. It comes with an easy to shop menu and planning guide.

This collection includes personal flowers like bouquets and boutonnières, tabletop designs like centerpieces and bud vases as well as large garden style pieces for ceremony and statement designs for areas like the bar. Please note, it does not include on site floral installations like arbors. Rented and purchased vases are available through us.

Come the week of the wedding, the Core Floral Collection order can be picked up at our studio in Saugatuck Douglas. We have a handy guide, making setting up super easy for your friends and family helping out.

Core Floral Collection Pricing info: For guest counts over 50, we request a minimum of $1,000, for over 100 guests a $2,250 min. In generally Core Floral Collection orders land between $2,000 to $5,000. We set a minimum in each contract based on the guest count/scope of the project allowing for a little flexibility if plans shift and a secured order for us to staff/plan on as most planning on our end is done prior to April 1st. Many Core Floral Collection orders land at a minimum spend of $3,000.

  • Each wedding we take on is unique to the couple and the season, a true collaboration.

    We request that each couple provide a few inspiration images or general direction along with a general color palette. You are welcome to include a pinterest link in your inquiry form or include a few images in an email prior to our first consultation. These are purely for inspiration, we never copy other peoples work.

    After filling out the inquiry form, you will get the guide & menu to browse and we will schedule a call.

    In our initial consultation we will make suggestions as to what service is best for you and what designs make the most sense based on your overall vision and goals.

  • Before booking, we ask that you have at least one able bodied person and access to a Large SUV/Mini Van for your floral transportation needs. The bed of a truck does not work. Flowers need to always be in AC when transported.

    We offer easy pickup & return

    We have reserved parking in the back of our studio, and will help load your carefully packaged and labeled florals into the car for easy transportation. The vases can be returned the following day to our vase locker at our studio. They must be returned by the following Tuesday.

    Who should help pickup & set up your flowers on the day of your wedding?

    Moving flowers requires bending, lifting, sometimes on a warm day. Set up happens generally between 12 -2pm on a wedding day, so be mindful about who you ask to help out. We think this is a great job for extended family and friends, not wedding party or immediate family.

    How much space do you need in a vehicle?

    Generally, the number of Core Floral Collection units you are ordering, is the number of square feet you need available.

    For example, 15 Centerpieces for reception tables, 4 Bridesmaids and 1 Bridal all take up about a square foot of space, so 20 square feet of space is needed in a vehicle to transport them.

    Tip: While each vehicle is different, the popular Toyota Sienna Van, with all seats removed, has capacity to hold 32sq ft of cargo.

  • We will have vases available for rent and purchase through us. Vases will need to be returned to the studio by Tuesday of the following week.

  • To retain your date and our services we require:

    For $3,000+ orders:

    30% Due at booking, 30% Due Feb 1st, remaining balance 60 days prior to your wedding date.

    For orders under $3,000

    50% is due at booking, remaining balance 60 days prior to your wedding date.

    All payments are non-refundable.

    All Colors/Mood Boards and General Items on the invoice need to be agreed and approved by both parties March 1st.

    We request these dates to ensure our team, and the farmers we work with know what is on the schedule well in advance.

The summary is intended to help couples gain a better understanding of our price points on a typical Core Floral Collection order. Labor is included in the values listed. Keep in mind all orders are custom to your colors, goals and style, which is why a range is outlined for some categories.

Our Full Service Floral Design offering is for couples who would like an all inclusive approach to the florals for their wedding day. They appreciate unique, local flowers and want a personalized floral plan, which often includes a ceremony installation and candles along with all the core floral elements of bouquets and centerpieces. Each floral element will be crafted and set up by our team.

Minimum Spend for Full Service Floral Design for the greater Holland/Saugatuck Area prior to Delivery and Day of Services are:

May to September - Friday $4,000

May to September - Saturday & Sunday $5,000

We will be taking on a limited number of Leelanau County Weddings in 2024, we request a minimum of $5,000 prior to Transportation, Day of Services and Accommodations.

Our average full service plans often land around $8,000 depending on the scope of the order.

Our Curated DIY Kits are a great fit for those who appreciate high quality, unique, local flowers and have a helpful crew of friends and family interested in bringing their floral vision to life.

We put together an order for the best blooms and foliage that are in season and align with your style and colors. Our team picks up your flowers at farms across west Michigan, and processes product from our wholesalers.

We prep and bundle the blooms, foliage and vases for easy at home designing with your crew. The kits are available for pick up a few days before your wedding at our studio in Saugatuck Douglas.

West Michigan couples are welcome to combine our core floral bouquets with curated diy centerpiece kits.

You will need to provide your own vases if you are DIYing.
